Hy cite/ Royal Prestige

Where to start with these guys. Well, I guess a good analogy might be, "It's like buying an overpriced item that you can never pay for from Adolf Hitler." My then fiance, now wife got invited to a seminar because my wife entered "raffle" for a free honeymoon and "won" so off we went to the seminar only to find about 20 other "winners".

We sat through a husband and wife demo of how the *** works, all the free stuff we'd get and what a great deal it all was. The husband flat out refused to tell me the interest rate stating that "everything comes with interest but with a deal this good, the interest won't make much of a difference". So, like "high on life", optimistic young newly weds do, we trusted him. Now, I've been paying for about 2 1/2 to 3 years on the *** and when i get a statement I see more and more of how I got screwed.

Not only has the principal not come down after about 50 payments but, it's actually gone up!

I still owe them $1,100 on a $1,900 purchase after 50 payments. Our government micromanages everything but, when we really need them to step in and protect us, where the *** are they?

Possibly fraudulent correspondence / disinterested customer service

We have never done business with Hy Cite but we have received statements for a period of nearly a year that are sent to a nonexistent person at our address. A Hy Cite PO Box in Middleton Wisconsin appears on these statements. This may be an error or it may be a fraud. Either way, Hy Cite Customer Service is opaque and disinterested in addressing or correcting the problem. It ignores requests to contact this customer and inevitably disconnects phone calls. We do not recommend doing business with an entity so. irresponsible.

To tell me the price will be $2,700 in the end I pay $4,650.90

Salesperson told me it was going to pay $2,780 to ask you to sign something in the phone in the end I got a bill $4650.90 So the company the only thing that told you you have to pay the bill or pay 100 interest a month. Don't buy from this company the only thing that cares making money three times as much charge

When I was reached out to confirm purchase and delivery I explained what happened and they cancelled everything. But, my credit still took a hit and they can’t resolve that. Negative 8 points.

We had bought some items which I was okay with. Frying pans and juicer.

Okay. Understandable. No issue. Received product had to wait over 1.5 weeks after received to use.

Everytime the rep made the appt to come, we kept going in circles as they kept postponing and wasting my time. Thank goodness I didnt let their time mess with my time because if not I would have never gotten anything done.
Supposedly the day she was coming, she would be coming with her sponsor, to which no. She came with a new rep, or so they say. After opening and trying my items all was done and I just wanted them to leave.
Here is when they come and start pushing their strategy
I love to take and make choices with my husband and they clearly knew as when we both ir chased the first items, we clearly told them and they noticed we took the choices together, but since my husband works out of state he was gone this time around.

When here the person comes with her strategy. Not only did I have a say, she practically forced me to give in to the air purifier that came out to $1450 supposedly with a few of $89/month. I kept saying no, that I had to speak to my husband because we had bills to pay and I had to cut back on certain things.
I kept telling her to give me another day to be able to talk to my husband about this because I wanted to make the decision with him and get his input but what she said pissed me off. She started joking and saying oh come on why do you have to make the decision with him its not like he will leave you because of it.

Its a lifetime investment and youre being in thoughtful of your kids and keeping them sick if you dont buy the air purifier. And basically said she didnt have time for another day to come back or give me the same discount
After this is when she started harassing and went on to start my paperwork and gave her information for the deposit and said she would be giving $100 to begin the process but lied to her sponsor twice as she is not supposed to do that. I told her I wasnt sure and was leaning more to a no but she kept saying I was being irresponsible and not thinking about my kids, which was her strategy. After she sent them my information she told me she would come collect her money within the next few days and on my next paycheck the other part of the deposit.

I kept insisting that I did not want it but still managed to send my information out to get the credit review done, which brought down my credit score by 15 pts in one bureau and 8 in another after trying so hard to bring it up.
After this when the documents were received to my email, she basically snatched my phone away and started going through the document on her own and breathing on my next to sign. I get bad anxiety and this whole process had me feeling terrible. I wanted to cancel and avoid this becasue I want 0 contact anymore with this company apart from the stuff my husband has already. I really hated the way they made me feel becasue no one should feel incompetent to such situation.
After sitting down and actually reading my document/focusing/contract I noticed that there were errors in the street name that could have been corrected as well had she not snatched my phone from my hand and practically signed herself and had I more time to sit down and think and not feel pressured given to the situation and having my crying small children there as well causing me high anxiety.
She then went on to say to not fail her as she took money out of her own account to do this sale and they could not know about it.

**Red flag**
So whatever you do, dont do it. Dont mess up your credit more if its bad already.

Dont let them harass you, no is no. No matter how good the promotion is, it never really is.

Product Never Received and Cancellation Request Ignored

Back on 2020 I bought some products to Royal prestige? When the merchant's sales it? He said differents prices"? Them, he increases the final prices to much? My balanced been the same for 6 months? Eventhough, I been paid $200 a months? I would to known why?
